I like its agresssive attitute when it come to grabing the projects. its has good markering team, They get the best projects. Also Cognizant has a special ablility to compete and win. from my past 2 years experince i have come accross many incidents where we have crushed many other Vendors. That is something CTS is good at.

Atitute towards employees is something I did not like. They only know to hire talented technical resources , once we are hired we will not be given opportunity to revisit our current knowledge and help us to imporove on it or aquire more knowledge. I have no idea how it works in offshore but as far as i know in onsite we work on same thing for years together. No training and absolutely no opprtunity to try some new job with in the organisation. Its boring. Works well in a bad economy but once the job market gets better it will be diffult for them to retain employees.
