Operating systems are dated. Will not even pen money to have Microsoft office
Two if fervent operating systems - makes impossible for managers to know who's doing what, who the previous clients were & how to reconnect with once solid clients

One of the main managers has a real attitude problem. She's a female in a predominant male industry & has a bad attitude - doesn't respect men, her immediate supervisor & yells/belittles her male employees.
Expects everyone to drink the coolaide - you don't and make suggestions as far as how o better the market, they ask you to either keep it to yourself or write a letter to corporate.
This company will continue to loose market share until their is a complete change in management from the top down. Systems are dated, the approach is dated & the marketing campaign is getting beat by the majority of the marketplace.
