*Commission structure is poor. You certainly pay a lot for the support and training. *Added fees that sometimes make working there frustrating. *New Realtors earn a 50% commission and then they tack on administrative fee of 6% on each transaction. After you've shown compentency to make money the commission structure gets marginally better. *Desk fees and technology fees add up, but is manageable. *You'll need at least 6 months before you make your first commission. They are up front of this and if you don't know that then don't go into Real Estate.
