They are active in their approach to customer service and satisfaction. The price point is good for their clientele. I worked with a great team of individuals that know and love the product.

They changed the discounts offered to their employees. I don't know if they realize that the average PT Sales Associate that worked between 8-12 hours/week cannot afford the product from the Outlet store and they have cut the discount vouchers for the website purchases as well. We all loved the brand, but really couldn't afford it like we used to before the venture capitalist bought them from Nike.
