An annual offsite for the entire organization in a fun city (New Orleans, Austin) where you get to connect and bond with your coworkers and hear leadership share the vision for the next year. - The kindest, most fun co-workers of any organization I’ve worked in. Everyone is young, smart, collaborative and just a fun time! It makes the work fun and the challenging times less daunting. - People move up here and when you're trying to grow in your role, there are resources and support to help you get there with accessible growth plans that you work on directly with your manager. - Leadership and People & Culture teams have made meaningful, intentional strides in building and maintaining a diverse organization from hiring practices to the makeup of the team itself.
