Co workers were cool and very supportive. Made great friends and College pro hosted cool events/trips (that were expensive).

There are many inflated upfront costs you have to pay. They try to show you an average net profit as well as a minimum net profit, but its not indicative at all of what you likely will be making. There are some very high earners and many many low net profit owners. The mistake I made when applying was asking for a standard deviation of the net profit. I personally lost around $500 the whole summer, working >40 hours a week for a whole summer. Most stressful summer of my life. Get a regular job, College Pro is not worth your time.
