Vantaggi
The people you work with are pretty cool and the actual work wasn't bad at all.
Svantaggi
The chemicals they work with were not contained like they were supposed to be, which means those of us who didn't work in those building or got the additional hazard pay where exposed on a regular basis. It takes a toll on your health. Starting pay was minimum wage when I was there (which considering what you're working with isn't right). The raises are all over the place depending on whoever's mood I guess. Personally, it's mostly operational and management that decisions that make it terrible and never listen to the complaints or suggestions of their employees. Also, most of the buildings had no plumbing for bathrooms, so they put a port-a-potty outside each building for people to use. Otherwise, the nearest bathroom is in the breakroom in another building close to the front. It's a walk no matter which building you worked and that's only if they'd let you do so. They also weren't great with safety issues and cut corners on plenty of things they shouldn't have. Again, listening to employees would help with that.
