Remote - lots of self time management

Unorganized and feels like a startup that does not have structure even though it’s been a company for 5 years. Some 21 year old became the manager of the digital team because he over works him self for 10 hours a day.

Little-to-no supervision, tons of time off, work from home.

This company needs an adult in the room. The owner and CEO can't focus on a project for more than a few days. Every project gets to about 75% complete before he's on to something else leaving the rest of the company to pick up the pieces. Clients are bailing out like crazy because of poor client management. Also, owner's wife (who is now suddenly the co-founder) has a desire to be a globetrotting youtube star and as such owner and wife are constantly going on 3-4 month "vacations" which means the rest of the staff can't properly get in touch with them as they're in drastically different timezones, etc. Owner's wife constantly tries to sell company members on her "essential oil" business as well.
