Little-to-no supervision, tons of time off, work from home.

This company needs an adult in the room. The owner and CEO can't focus on a project for more than a few days. Every project gets to about 75% complete before he's on to something else leaving the rest of the company to pick up the pieces. Clients are bailing out like crazy because of poor client management. Also, owner's wife (who is now suddenly the co-founder) has a desire to be a globetrotting youtube star and as such owner and wife are constantly going on 3-4 month "vacations" which means the rest of the staff can't properly get in touch with them as they're in drastically different timezones, etc. Owner's wife constantly tries to sell company members on her "essential oil" business as well.

The people that CG attracts is definitely a testament to its leadership. This team is full of supportive, experienced marketers and creators. No one is afraid to get their hands dirty. Everyone offers their feedback and support, which only elevates the team's skills and the clients' results. It's not your standard agency. There are no account managers, so clients work directly with the people that are executing. This is empowering as an employee as you get direct feedback from the client (although, this could be a con for some if you are unorganized/weak under pressure). As a fully remote business, you would think that socializing is difficult, but the team still finds time to get office banter in on random daily video calls. I love the flexibility that remote work brings.

None, but I realize that remote work is not for everyone.
