I expected great things based on how Common Future describes itself but the experience is better than I could have hoped for. Incredible work-life balance, great diversity and representation across levels, authentic collaboration, transparency, and genuine care for staff and colleagues.

It's a non-profit so package is different than tech -- benefits are industry-leading including 4-day work week, stipends, fully remote and more so it balances everything out

remote, Fridays off, can make some great network connections

No focus, high turnover, poor management, no path to advancement, 3 CEOS! and no clear leadership, a lot of funding spent on admin and not the community.
