      Commonwealth offers a stable employment environment with little surprise The benefits are slightly better than other firms that I have worked for in the past The pay is average for the industry

      The lack of career pathing and upward mobility has created a very centrally controled toxic culture. Upper management has a mentality straight out of 1960 and it creates a very suffocating environment.

      They have great community and work life culture. Allows you to interact with other engineers whether they are in your field or not. Great intern culture with about 10-15 interns, so much fun and can interact well

      Work runs out quickly. Can find your self with no billable/productive work for a period of time. Small city but not the biggest problem
