Strong relationship and trust foundation. Open and honest communication. Small but constantly growing and finding innovative ways to better themselves. Genuine and care employees from the top down. Group homes are extremely well maintained and some of the nicest properties I’ve worked in. Work life balance is a priority .

Being small can be challenging when competing with other large agencies . Marketing the mission and all the good accomplish should be displayed more for the community to be more aware.

Cares for the residents and tries to support staff

Administration advocates to the state for more money, but any extra money seems to go to the top administration....Why has the CEO's salary increased by almost 100k in less than 10 years when the direct staff struggle to live off their pay? Bad staff are allowed to stay too long. They give too many chances and it impacts the individuals and staff morale.
