Supportive team with autonomy and recognition - Recensione dipendente - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician presso Compass ABA Therapy

The company is fantastic and everyone is very supportive. I went in having never been a behavioral therapist before, and I was quickly and effectively trained where I could lead sessions on my own but still always felt supported and could lean on my supervisor whenever I needed. The community is a fantastic place to be encompassed in, and had I not relocated I would've definitely stayed!

This con is in relation to the job itself rather than the company - it gets very repetitive very fast, especially when you work with the same cases daily.

Wonderful work/life balance, good pay, BCBA’s and overall non-clinical staff getting better! The company does really well with pairing BT’s/RBT’s with children.

No training and support on the field, no sense of community, no work “benefits”, no growth opportunities. BT’s/RBT’s do not have access to information that is helpful for the role, yet BCBA’s do although the information is not necessary for them.
