honestly I didn't find any pros working here

Old-fashioned reality, very aggressive managers and short minded supervisions. No recognition for talent, innovation or diversification. Very out of date bank that doesn't try to innovate or create a healthy work environment, Very disrespectful environment with constant mistreatment

Awesome working area, the office building is situated in a Park with a lunch building a gym with changing rooms, and a running track, all while still being very easy to reach with public transportation

The company uses outdated software that has NO SUPPORT, NO DOCUMENTATION AT ALL, there is literally zero communication between departments and the overall work climate is awful
