The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The pay is above average, and the benefits are good. The downtown location is super convenient, and they have excellent resources for a company this size.

The interview process was a bit drawn out, but that's really it.

- Incredible people + culture. - Great growth potential. - Upper management really listen to their employees and keep them in the loop about everything that is going on within the company. - A stable product which is just getting better each day. A lot of freedom in the technologies being used. - Roles are clearly defined and if you want to be recognized, you need to be willing to put in the work. Where isn't that true though? If you ride the line, that is really on you.

If you are used to someone else protecting your time, you will not do well here. You have to be your own gate-keeper and understand that people are going to need you for a lot of things, and you need to be able to balance those distractions with your own workload. That is true of any company this size.
