You can't survive on the pay. Nobody cares about helping you find coverage for your shift. Management is incompetent. The agency gets what they pay for. Terrible staff with no raises ever. They claim they give you bonuses but they are few and far between, 200-500 once a year with taxes taken. You need to be fresh out of college and living at home to even consider this for a short time. Everybody quits when they realize they can't get support in taking time off
