Again and again, big projects fail after a desperate rush off a cliff, with bloated teams undermining each other and faking competence. Company carries enormous debt and people in the trenches are under constant pressure to get anything, something to work in market. Upper management keeps trying to cut its way success. Lots of firing and hiring, with experienced people replaced with inexperienced people who can't jobs anywhere else.
