Project Organization: The quality of your experience at Concentrix Malaysia seemed to heavily depend on the project you were assigned to. I was fortunate enough to work on a well-organized project initially, which showcased the potential for a positive work environment. However, my time with the SBG project was the polar opposite. The organization was poor, and the overall experience was far from ideal. Leave Policy: One of the most frustrating aspects of working at Concentrix Malaysia was the leave-sharing policy within teams. This system discouraged taking time off, as it directly impacted your team's available leave balance. It created an unhealthy work culture where employees felt guilty for using their entitled time off. In conclusion, while Concentrix Malaysia may offer competitive salaries, the overall experience is marred by poor management practices, inadequate benefits, and a leave policy that does not support a healthy work-life balance.
