As stated in all of our job postings, we are heavily focused on internal promotion based on performance which gives our team equal opportunity for advancement. This is reiterated several times in all three phases of our interview process, clarifying the specific guidelines and qualifications for each advancement with our company. Also to clarify, "earning your way" does not dictate the starting salary of a candidate. This is negotiated individually based on experience and credentials with the addition of weekly bonuses, benefits and other incentives.
I think you may have us confused with another company, specifically because everyone on our team that has been promoted to management is still currently with us, with each of them earning well over $400/wk. Also, if you were in fact a current employee you would know that we do not work with Costco in our market. Sorry about your experience, we wish you the best of luck in finding the right company! - HR
