There have been a lot of improvements in the last year with systems. They are trying hard to make the office atmosphere more relaxed and professional. All staff members get on quite well. Regular training updates so you are never figuring anything out on your own.

Shift patterns can range from 7am up to 9pm. Shifts are not set. If you are not used to speaking to rude customers on the odd occasion, be prepared. It can be intense.
