1. There was massive staff turnover. No really. Massive. 2. No long term career planning or defined career path. 3. Lack of company vision and hence, no executable business strategy. 4. Management's inability to adapt to changing business needs and available technologies will no doubt lead to their ultimate demise. 5. Management is generally apathetic towards staff.
