Svantaggi
If I could give zero stars I most certainly would. This company has absolutely zero respect for any RBTs employed with them. Be expected to be treated like a teenager working at Dairy Queen for the summer instead of a young professional. RBTs are constantly belittled, underpaid, reprimanded, put down, and complained about by bcbas and management. For whatever reason the company seems to think the issue is the RBTs, even though they have had a consistent revolving door for years. They truly pay some RBTs $18/hr. They pay everyone a different rate and experience does not matter, it just depends on how they feel that day. People that have worked there for years make less than brand new staff with little or no experience. Every bcba here seems to be the power trip type and enjoys complaining about RBTs in front of other RBTs. The testing and evaluation system they use truly makes every employee feel awful and it makes sure you will not get a raise. RBTs have a uniform while the rest of the bcba and admin team wear mini skirts, dresses, high heels, and ripped jeans. To work with toddlers. I saw a lot of body parts I didn’t need to see. They go the extra mile to make sure that RBTs are separated as much as possible from admin and bcbas, adding to lack of respect. Including reprimands for RBTs from admins being expressed publicly in front of bcbas. The schedule is so impossible and you will always get belittled when you aren’t keeping up with it. But when bcbas step in they can’t even keep up with it. They also have super outdated beliefs about the autistic community, ride for autism speaks, and spread false information. They threatened to fire people on light it up blue day if they wore red for the “red instead” movement, and then proceeded to spread false information about what that movement means, which was so disgusting. Also no paid breaks and you NEVER hit 40 hrs unless you stay until 4:30 every day or don’t take a lunch break. They make it seem full time but I never hit 40 hrs and sometimes I would be there 7:15-4:30 multiple days per week. I truly wish I never worked here and I don’t want anyone else to make the same mistake. My one regret is not quitting on the spot and giving them a full notice. I left and I barely know how to act at my new job now that I have respect and I am valued for what I’m worth! I almost forgot how to be an independent boss lady working there since they do everything in their power to keep you down. I would have nothing positive to say if I didn’t meet some of my best friends there. They’ve all left now too, just like everyone does.these positive reviews are 100% from admin, which I’m sure is sweet since we pay your super high salaries with our reimbursement :)
