Don't value staff, everyone is a number; unless you are a white British male and ex-UK military; preferably ex-Green Jackets or Paras to get promoted to management Don't value employees professional memberships or certifications. Management not always based on capabilities, more of which regiment you went to. Partnership model (vs. employee owned) has created silos and reduced collaborative approach
