Vantaggi

The staff members who genuinely care about the patients are the only bright spot. Some nurses and techs truly try their best under very difficult circumstances.

Svantaggi

This facility is extremely disorganized and unsafe for both staff and patients. Leadership lacks transparency and structure, and communication between departments is poor to nonexistent. When I accepted the role, I was not informed of the true state of the facility. Instead of being supported to lead and improve processes, I found myself without basic tools, computer access, or resources needed to do my job safely or effectively. The culture feels reactive rather than proactive, with little emphasis on teamwork or accountability.

Vantaggi

With the new leadership change (CEO, CNO, and more) working at Copper Springs has been drastically different than the previous few years. Leadership appears to really care and try to engage with staff on multiple fronts. Other coworkers seem to feel a more positive shift.

Svantaggi

Hospital is open on holidays and the amount of call offs makes the workload increase

Vantaggi

Some great staff to work with

Svantaggi

Over the last year, there has been a shift as this facility has been bought over by Lifepoint. The shift has resulted in a loss of vision for patient care. The clinical team has worked hard to become credentialed to help serve our community and vulnerable populations but we are now being used to crunch numbers and sit behind a computer all day. Clinical staff is overworked and underpaid. Clinical staff is consistently being told what they are doing wrong and what more they need to do without offering support or resources. Administration is nowhere to be found on the front lines yet endlessly dictates task upon task for the clinical team to complete each day which results in 12 to 14 hour days with no overtime. there is no leadership only dictatorship, there is no autonomy or room for growth.
