The support provided by the company for my international relocation was generous, and that both HR & Management made sure my family and I were well taken care of. The move was smooth, and I was immediately made to feel part of the team in the Coremont US office. The firm's client-centric approach and collaborative culture encourage innovation, with a strong emphasis on automation, self-service, and continuous improvement through a DevOps framework. Leadership is approachable and supportive, and the colleagues are friendly and helpful. It isn’t as bad if managements mood swing is on the upside which still is not very collaborative or sensible

Just don’t do it. Can’t win, can’t voice your opinion (positive or negative in a constructive manner). The turnover is high and the expectations aren’t realistic especially without viable resources.
