Stack tecnologico interessante, anche se un po' pesante con servizi legacy obsoleti. Ottimo equilibrio tra lavoro e vita privata. Lavoro da casa facilmente eseguibile e supportato dal management.

Assolutamente nessun cambiamento nelle pratiche di sviluppo software durante la mia permanenza lì, né alcuna iniziativa in tal senso da parte del senior management. Ogni team di sviluppo software definiva le proprie pratiche, senza alcuna comunanza tra i team. Nessuna proprietà di componenti della piattaforma da parte dei team e la ferma aspettativa che ogni persona dovesse comprendere l'intero sistema da cima a fondo ed essere in grado di lavorare su tali componenti in base alle esigenze della leadership aziendale in qualsiasi momento. Ci sono oltre 600 repository GIT! I titolari delle aziende non avevano alcuna idea delle pratiche di sviluppo software agile e volevano tutto il giorno dopo, senza alcuna garanzia che il team assegnato avesse mai lavorato in quello spazio prima. Era un peso mentale schiacciante, alleviato solo in parte da ferie retribuite decenti, buoni team manager e pochissimi straordinari.
