Its good for some one who want to continue the studies and working for pocket money...they will hire even degree fail candiates

There will not be increment and will hire new candidate with less exp and offered huge salaries than existing staff. This will happen if someone from senior management refer the candidate. Management can fire anyone at anytime with no reason
