Former DAS employees are seeing no benefit to this “merger of equals.” We are stuck with everything DuPont, including horrible insurance that significantly raised deductibles and makes getting medical care almost unaffordable. No more work flexibility...even exempt employees are micromanaged and treated like hourly employees. This can be attributed to incompetent middle- management.
