If you dont have a career set and you want to work your way up in the company , you can easily transfer to other locations around the united states or work your way into corporate costco.

There are sometimes alot of micromanaging depending on what department you work in. There is also a fact of seniority and alot of people with seniority usually dont work as hard, and try to boss you around.
