      Extremely high turn over due to owner's mismanagement. Clients have complained on various occasions about owner. Owner micromanages everything & everyone and won't allow people to do their job. He has to have his hands in everything and has to know everything that's going on at every given moment. Owner is a narcissist and lacks empathy. Does not care for his employees. Owner does not listen to what the clients need - always insists that they need certain hardware or software and ends up costing the client more in the end.

Despite the tremendous business challenges during this Covid pandemic, CRTG's team continued to provide exceptional service to its customers. 100% of staff remained employed with full benefits and compensation during this unprecedented time.       I accepted a temporary customer service position with CRTG. Although my contract was only for a few months, I learned so much from my time there. Technology software for my job were provided and helpful Nice people in the office It's fast paced, it challenges and pushes me Ran on strong morals & values and the staff always tried to do the right thing for the customers.

      Sometimes the pace is very fast and directions can quickly change. Not necessarily a con but it might not be for everyone if you have a hard time with interruptions. There was a lot to learn and I didn't have a lot of time to train on things. Can be demanding when it gets busy with customer problems and then getting the helpdesk to fix the problems quick.

      NONE whatsoever, this is the worst company.

      If you love a racist, psychotic micromanaging company who praises their almighty savior Trump then this is perfect for you. CEO will wear shirts mocking immigrants. You will be recorded on cameras 24/7, you will be told to clock in and record 16 punches daily. This is a company built on teenagers, 30 years in business and not one employee ever stayed more than 3 years. Do not ruin your resume with this place. They’ve lost more clients than they can sign on, trust it’s a sinking ship.
