- No direction from management - Lost control of product ownership as shareholder dictates too much on product - No proper guidance from superiors/seniors - Benefits are average (no dental benefit) - Very political environment especially when shareholders are involved - Product/platform has serious flaws in design and architecture - Struggles to onboard customers to use product/platform - Claims to work in SAAS model but too much customization of product - Food places are limited around the area - Not a good place for long term career - No processes in place despite the company being an "MNC"
