Firstly, really glad to see you were pleased with the work atmosphere, as well as the career mobility and advancement opportunities. Those are extremely important to us, and hearing this feedback is a great confirmation of our efforts in this area. On the other points raised - thank you for bringing this to our attention. It's particularly disappointing to see that you felt a lack of training, especially as this is another area that we invest in very strongly. There is a lot of training going on, however we do recognise we need to do a better job in raising the awareness and visibility around this, so that it's more accessible to all our employees. People I worked with and the culture was great, work life balance was fantastic.

Every year now it layoffs, makes one want to ask a question. Perhaps Criteo needs a better CFO to manage the companies finances. Being every year Criteo is laying people off, yet CFO still remains. Perhaps Criteo needs to look at those who are staying a bit closer.
