Managers: Generally, very good managers who don't micro-manage and care about the individuals in their teams. The sun shines out of my direct managers and I feel trusted, challenged and valued. Many people here who have done Erasmus programs before will tell you it feels the same. Very international, meeting so many people from a wide range of backgrounds and countries. Amazing for getting to know a large network of people who are truly more friends than colleagues.
