Our plan to become the world-leading Commerce Media Platform, announced in February 2021, has led to us having to pivot. True it is that the industry is fast-paced, which is also what inspires us to meet the challenge.
As an acknowledgment for employees' efforts during this time, we gave all Criteos a free rest day and increased our investment into people wellbeing, as we strongly believe that we will not achieve our goals without setting up our people for success.
