Vantaggi
My team is small and good at what they do. My supervisor is fair and is a nice person overall.
Svantaggi
The benefits here are terrible. You only get five days of paid leave per annum and you need to work here a year before you get even THAT; did I mention that you have to use those precious vacation days if you're sick too? The health insurance is nothing amazing and it doesn't kick in until you've been on the payroll for three months; so for your first three months of employment you're going to have find your own health insurance. Once you've mastered your job, there isn't really any room for advancement. If you're happy doing the same thing until retirement you'll be OK with this, but if you want to continually grow as a professional and build your resume, you'll have to look elsewhere.
