I’m glad to hear that you found the product to be solid and had positive interactions with the solution architects, implementation, and support teams.
Regarding your concerns about middle management and communication with the executive leadership team, I’m sorry to hear that you have experienced gaps in the flow of information, and it sounds like this is something we need to do better on.
In the meantime, I want to highlight some of the recent improvements we’ve made, which do begin to address the concerns you mentioned:
- We’ve conducted upward management reviews and have been communicating those results to our leaders with plans of action
- We’ve rolled out impact (performance) reviews for leaders and teams alike
-We continue to host monthly management trainings to better prepare our leaders for company-wide changes and communication.
-I have also increased the number of skip-levels I personally conduct with our departmental ICs to make sure that information is making its way across the business
