Supportive leadership The executive team actually cares about their employees (the COO reads EVERY employee survey and offers to meet one on one with anyone - not just the Executive Team.) Internal promotions actually happen here. We have had 5 promotions in our department alone in the last year (including my own). They invest in their employees and look internally for upcoming talent. I feel empowered every day - even before I was promoted to Director. This is a growing company that is going through an acquisition. There are growing pains and some tools are not scaling as quickly as we need. This is to be expected, but can cause some frustration due to inefficiency.
