Work independently and the people at the company are very nice. It is a very family oriented work place and they look out for their employees.

For me the only con was the commute. I had to drive more than an hour to get to work.

The company has been in business for over 45 years with a great reputation for supplying high quality product to the Navy and their prime sub-contractors. Relaxed, family atmosphere of a small business with lots of autonomy to get the work done.

Pay increases are inconsistent and only 2 weeks of vacation per year.
