Svantaggi
One of the nicest things to know about CyberCX is that it comes from a rich 16 company origins of a collective of boutique technical firms which a rich technical culture and a proven track record of getting things done ... and replaced it with a big 4 mentality with all of the corporate game playing that is done to progress your career or salary. CyberCX from the get go with the tonedeaf naming (cyber sex), misses the point of why people who are drawn to technical fields perform the way they do. The people who work in this industry are fearlessly passionate, intelligent, and love to do the work with autonomy. However, upon entering into CyberCX you realise very quickly that is all tossed away for uniformity. You follow a baseline methodology, are unable to get your question answered, the culture that is coming from senior leadership is not for modern day technical culture, but some 1990's technical culture that they can not progress into the future with. CyberCX long game is to gain as many large government contracts, which does not always give the people working at CyberCX the best type of work, resulting in higher levels of stress. Mental illness is not understood by HR, or leadership (even if there is a mental health day, and this industry is plagued by mental illness) and rules are followed rigidly to always give CyberCX the upper hand in employee relations.
