- MD forces staff to put in 4 and 5 stars reviews when glassdoor scores dip due to recent spate of events - close to no support from HQ - management is in a mess - extremely high turnover rate - strong culture that should not be applicable for a global company - staff are made to return to office illegally when phase 2 started in June 2020 - remove benefits without proper announcements - unreasonable demand and unnecessary stress caused by MD who is clueless about managing a company - no proper processes - late by 5 mins are being frowned upon and expected to take AL if you are late - management rule by fear and often flips his words to turn table on staff when he clearly couldn't remember or understand what he approved previously - Often made employees scapegoat on his mistakes
