They are blood-sucking parasites who thrive on the suffering of their employees. 4. The HR and the management team are extraordinarily unprofessional and a bunch of liars. 5. Nothing new or exciting for a tester to learn or enhance their skill set. 6. Making their employees work on weekends and public holidays is not an occasional event. It's their habit. It has been for a stretch of months and to make it worst if there's no much task on a weekend they will ask employees to be on stand-by.
