ZTNA as a topic was catchy enough to drive some intro meetings.

Svantaggi

No market adoption. No sales rep was even close to hitting the arbitrary quota. No urgency around the solution so it was impossible to drive prioritization. No accountability from leadership. Lack of success was blamed on reps.
