This company is really struggling with their strategic direction. This is causing them to panic and behave in a reactive manner, letting go of long-term employees, consistently, over the course of several years and making other rash reorg decisions without thinking through the implications or a plan. The fact that they are resorting to posting embarrassingly obvious, fallacious, five star reviews on top of their reactive measures to “fix” things illustrates their lack of understanding that the issues are systemic.
