Toxic culture. You cannot report to HR because they are part of the problem. There are a few bullies there and everyone knows they run the place. Ask the employees they will answer but are afraid to come forward.

Where to start. The office is out of space instead of moving or allowing remote or hybrid they bring more people to the office. The offices are stupid no one can hear. No flexibility because they micromanage. Under a microscope and treated like we are in school with silly office rules. No one is happy, everyone looking for a new job.
