This is by far one of the best companies to work for. The culture is amazing - the company differentiates itself from almost all other companies because leadership and non-leadership provide a personal touch, no cookie cutting corporate personal development. Many of the great experiences here..you will never find in most companies. The tenured folks and leadership are always willing to support. In my opinion in terms of the future of the organization, I am confident this company will flourish. It is certainly flooded with dedicated, passionate, and amazing folks.

Growth of the company can have its internal hindrance, but that comes with the territory. Other than that, there are really no other cons I can think of.

DATUM is growing very quickly, doubling or tripling revenue year over year. This provides huge growth opportunities for employees because you can be involved in building processes and leading teams. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, you can excel and move into leadership quickly. Also, DATUM has a great culture that you don't find at many tech/consulting firms.

Sometimes, the fast growth causes some growing pains with internal processes. You have to be open to helping new employees come on board because they are constantly hiring new team members.
