DBS is always striving to improve and iterate on their latest success. Opportunities to work on multiple projects and pick up new skills. Management is easily accessible and willing to listen to feedback. I've had some great conversations with the CEO and General manager. They listened to my concerns and I could see change almost immediately after our discussions.
