1. Managers just kill the time (will discuss BigBoss show, Style tips, Parties, family dramas, Gossips and end less discussion which is not related to work at all.) 2. Most of the people are hired on the basis of Comm skills only, Does not matter whether that person is best fit for current role or not. 3. Higher management is not aware of this thing, what their managers are doing in front of sub juniors and giving pathetic work experience. On the contrary, Managers are getting Good hikes and Juniors getting just peanuts ! 4. If you are not self learner, This is not better place to work.
