      Employees of DM Clinical research are neglected by its greedy leadership. We are never recognized or appreciated by the management. Instead of thanking us or reward us for accomplishing tasks timely and efficiently, the managers give us even more work to do!. This company got progressively worse throughout the years.

      There are a high number of studies therefore less worry about being laid off

      Overloaded with work and under paid. The site managers and site directors show favoritism and put work that they don't want to do on their employees. The executives don't care. The benefits are trash. Its not a place that you would work at until retirement
