Big company, terrible progression - Recensione dipendente - Engineer presso DP Architects

There is almost no career progression. The majority of staff are getting 1-3% raises and recently many have received promotions, with expectations of more responsibility, but no pay raise. There is a very very high staff turnover due to this.
