      Great place to work, the environment is relaxing and co-workers are friendly. You get to work with newer technology in a collaborative setting with structured teams of business analysts, developers, testers, and support reps.

      Svantaggi

      Management is quick to lost focus and lacks long term planning. The low salary you start with is also the salary you finish with. There are no performance reviews, career planning or progression. When you start your job here, you should also start planning your exit. You can only survive 4 - 5 years here, each year you have to reduce your families standard of living.

      I enjoyed working for the company, and the people were really nice. My manager was understanding and accommodating to my needs.

      A casual laid back environment and some good people there.

      This company is stuck in the past. New ideas are often shot down. No growth potential and very little "actual" marketing. No yearly reviews thus no raises. Very little management if at all. Small company so everyone knows your business and they talk.
